All Return requests must be submitted to return@ladivine.com to receive an RA.
Can the customer return a purchase?
All sales are final on our merchandise. No refunds or returns are accepted. Discounted outlet items are not returnable with no exception.
What if a dress was damaged upon receiving it or It was shipped the wrong size or dress?
- Customer must send picture of damaged dress or wrongly shipped item for the Returns department at return@ladivine.com to verify
- Must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Report of damage or mistake will not be accepted after this period, as we request the customers to check the received shipments asap
- When approved, RA slip with a return label will be sent to you to send to customer. The customer must place printed RA Slip inside the box when returning an item in unworn condition.
- Refund: The refund is ONLY available as Credit Memo to be used towards future payments. Credit Memo (also known as CM) is created after the returned item is received at the warehouse & the damaged is confirmed.
- we cannot return the amount back to any credit cards or cash that may have been used to purchase the dress.
- All returns must be shipped to warehouse.
